More Than A Job

A small organisation where your work makes a real difference

Unlike large childcare centres, Spielwelt combines professional early childhood education with the warmth of a community organisation. Our educators build lasting relationships with children and families while helping keep German language and culture alive in Canberra.

Support children’s confidence, curiosity and language development during some of their most important years.

Work closely with children, families, volunteers and colleagues who genuinely care about the community.

Enjoy family-friendly hours, supportive colleagues and a workplace that values wellbeing.

Be part of one of Australia’s longest-running German-language children’s organisations.
